TVOS Preview: Rochdale v Mansfield Town

Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme — The Voice of Spotland — is back for Tuesday’s Sky Bet League Two fixture against Mansfield Town.

The programme took a break during the behind closed doors 2020/21 campaign, but has returned this season with 76 jam-packed pages to keep readers completely informed and entertained.

TVOS starts with a front cover image of midfielder James Ball, who has scored three goals since joining the club in January.

Manager Robbie Stockdale reflects on Saturday’s defeat at Leyton Orient, while Countdown to Kick-Off takes a nostalgic look back at a regular weekly footballing purchase.

This issue also contains the second part of an exclusive interview with former Dale striker, Ian Henderson.

After that we have a host of features, including:

SHIRT NUMBERS, HEAVEN & HELL — A feature looking at players who wore shirt numbers that didn’t suit their position in 2011/12

ON THIS DAY — What were Dale doing in the past on 22nd March?

COVER STAR — A detailed look at when former Dale and Mansfield player Tony Ford was featured in another club’s programme.

DALES OF THE UNEXPECTED — A story about when a Dale club official was ‘dressed down’ by a lady at Mansfield!

We have our regular League Two round-up and opinion pages from Brian Quigley and Scrutator, while Charlotte and Isabelle continue to bring us the female perspective in The Dale Way.

Action photos appear from the games against Port Vale and Northampton, while Ryan Bradley updates readers with news from the Rochdale AFC Community Trust.

Conor Grant reveals who is the best former team-mate he has played with and we have our regular historical pages looking at Dale’s results in this week in the past.

Mansfield Town aren’t left out and get plenty of coverage, including a round-up of their current form and player profiles and historical connections between The Stags and Dale.

All this and much, much more will be in Tuesday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.

* Note: This is a new programme published for this fixture. The Club Shop still has the original 1st January programmes available for sale.
