Refwatch: Hereford v Rochdale (FA Cup Qualifying)

Dale’s first tie in the qualifying rounds of the FA Cup since the 1920s at Hereford on Saturday will be refereed by ANDREW HUMPHRIES.

The Northamptonshire-based official is in his first season refereeing in the National League and has had a busy campaign to date with nine appointments, including Oldham v Dagenham & Redbridge last Saturday.

Those nine games have seen Andrew produce 35 yellow cards and two reds.

Mr Humphries also referees regularly in Premier League 2, the reserve league for top flight clubs.

A school teacher in Daventry, Andrew shouldn’t be found wanting for fitness, having once completed 11 marathons in 11 days raising money for MS research.
