Far too early to be judging Karanka, Rowett, Flitcroft, Ainsworth etc, let alone deeming them top managers. Not even a decade in management combined.

Flitcroft's last few months at Barnsley are up there with one of the worst periods of management you're likely to find. Everyone that went right the previous season was almost forgotten as the player collecting began and he didn't have a clue how to turn it around again. |  |
