tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2028000 viewsbatman

Not for us, but for Bury.
i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto
BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged
only Wednesday this week.
looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

This thread is genuinely staggering:

To quote DJAsh, 'Should be allowed to play on Saturday, big crowd would have provided income, and then continue negotiations. '

Two key paragraphs in that report:

"Despite previously stating we would have liked an extra 24 hours to conclude the deal, actually our position is not a condition of the strict timeline they have put in place, but reflective of the systemic failings of a football club over a number of years.

"With this in mind, we will be happy to work together with the EFL to share our findings to help them with their ongoing review of football governance, which is essential for the long term future of all members of the EFL and the broader football family."

According to Sky Sports News C & N have said that the deadlines and time frames have absolutely nothing to do with them calling off the deal. It is solely down to the financial mismanagement of the club over the past 5 or 6 years.

Which is where we started 232 pages ago.

"With the third-tier side effectively an hour from being thrown out of the EFL, owner Steve Dale told BBC Radio Manchester he had sold the club and they were set to survive."

Inevitable but stunning news. It goes to show that, for all the abuse aimed at that grizzly scumbag, the real damage was done by the chur. When grizzly was talking about the state of the club being worse than he expected he obviously wasn't lying.

Which begs the question, why didn't he do his own due diligence before taking over. Obviously saw a quick buck and tried to take it.

he's clearly a man who had no interest whatsoever in running a football club - just a vulture looking to pick off the carcass. It was clear from his history that he tries to make money when businesses are going under, and bury are no different. It seems the only way any money can be made now is from selling the ground to property developers. So methinks those clean seats are never again going to witness a match being played. RIP bury.

I think he probably did, but that much was 'hidden from view'. Having only paid £1 he could hardly start whingeing. You get what you pay for, but the truth is SD1 has to shoulder the responsibility for this sh!tshow. It's his doing.

Bit of an odd statement from the club, especially regarding 'trespassing' given that hundreds were in the stadium cleaning it today. Looks like they know it's over and might be expecting an angry response/some souvenirs to be taken.

Fans will be after souvenirs one would assume and someone may have already started.

And that is what i keep telling my bury mate and her bury supporting mates..
But SD2 is the easy target though isnt he...
Only because he bites back when attacked..

Well SD1 basically said bugger all and vanished...

Surely SD1 can be found cant stay in his bolt hole or panic room forever.

That reads like even the staff think they're done and are worried about fans and (more likely) local scroats breaking in and smashing up grizzly's bear pit.

I wonder how soon after the deadline for both teams that the EFL will announce the death of both clubs.

I hope their fans eventually realise this because i'd hate to think that Stuart Day's handy work was ignored. Scumbags like him are a danger to all Football clubs because they woo the majority of fans who aren't really interested in the boardroom (which is fair enough) and create enough positive vibes to have the 'keyboard warriors' and 'trouble makers' shouted down because they dare ask questions. "Who care's about CCJs. Look at that amazing training facility we use that we don't own!"

There are probably a few golf balls and batteries that need collecting.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?
