Love to see a front three of them they'd bully most defences in LG1.

Very true might even be able to defend set plays

Phil Edwards released by Burton. Would think he'll end up at Oxford where he's been on loan. Seems to be seen exclusively as a right back these days but played well at CH under Hill when he returned 4 years ago. Scores a few at set-pieces too.

Watkins and Scowen at Barnsley haven't been released, much sought after so likely to leave as contracts are up.

It’s been announced they’ve rejected the contracts and will be leaving. So as far this list is concerned they won’t be playing for Barnsley next season so are added. Like I’ve added Logan to Dale’s list/

Was just going off Barnsley OS
http://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/retained-list.-3712258.aspx
"Josh Scowen and Marley Watkins have been in discussions regarding new contracts however, following meetings with Club representatives, both players have expressed an interest to explore other options."

So almost certain to be off, but not gone.

Neal Eardley released by Northampton, a once promising right back who appears to have been a bit injury prone over the past couple of seasons. Might be worth a look if he can prove his fitness?

Wouldn't mind David Mirfin either at centre back as an experienced head next to Harrison?

I'd love to see Wiseman back! Mirfin's always impressed too. Apart from that time on Football Manager where he scored three own goals in one game against me.

If Raff left Wiseman would be a great signing.

Careful. I suggested Wiseman as a possible replacement a couple of weeks ago and got accused of living in the past.

Should know by now that often it's not what is said, but who says it.

Ps I don't know whether or not Wiseman would be a good replacement.

Josh Scowen would be a good player for us. Although I doubt we could afford his wages.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a Charlie Raglan join either. A Keith Hill type signing.

Possession with progression.

The chances are Hilly will bring in one or two players we have never heard of and at least one of them will turn out to be a key player before the end of next season. Then as the window is closing someone will arrive who no one rated and turn out to be the best thing since Keith Keane or Steve Davies. speculating on players who might be useful is a complete waste of time, We play draughts, KH plays 4D chess.

Only the same as talking about Done coming back again and the response to Joey T coming back and also King Keith himself returning

Everyone's entitled to an opinion. But with a defence that has struggled at times this season I'd feel more at ease bringing back a player like Wiseman instead of Raff than a complete unknown but I'm no scout and there may be better options available to Hilly.

I think O'Shea I moving to Sheffield United; they signed him on loan during January with a view to permanent I think and he did very well; chances are he'll sign at Bramall Lane.

O'Shea turns down 2 year contract offer from Sheffield Utd.Perhaps another to turn up at Bury should Dawson decide his future lies elsewhere
