It's a poor return but its probably par for the course amongst FL clubs, as seen with RNL being the youngest of all time. Looking down the list, there's not many who've been given their debut at 16 because they were physically advanced for their age so they've had the ability to stand out at 16 but not much later on. Did think it was a fantastic coincidence that if Adshead plays, it will be 30 years to the day that Hughes made his Dale debut.

I'm surprised one of the kit nerds who frequent this messageboard haven't been on to give us chapter and verse about what Zac was wearing that day.

Presumably that's us in blue and black? If so, I love that shade of blue. I much prefer it to the brighter shade we wear nowadays.

Royal blue. Much like the shade we had last season.

Shorts/socks are navy and from the home kit when we wore white shirts. Blue was used away, albeit unnecessarily as Exeter were in red (suppose we thought they'd be in traditional red&white stripes)

When Danny Bergara took over the following summer he brought back blue as a home strip. While awaiting the new kit to arrive we wore the combination seen in the picture during pre-season. There was a whole programme page about it; an education is out there if you look for it.

Ah ok. It looks a lot darker than what we wore last season.

Brian Stanton - there were times the previous season when he held it all together.
I think he missed the vital run-in due to injury but we still survived.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

This picture used to be in, what was the players bar, in the Ratcliffe Arms, but a black and white version. It always tickled me as it looks as though you can see his todger peeping its head out at the top of his left leg.

You can't see the watering can in that picture, it was awesome!

Or did that kit have it on? Not sure now.

Neither the home or away kit had the watering can in that season.
