Worked in that building for 11 years until Yearsleys closed it down, not sure who bought it or what they did, also quite a bit of damage apparently to the bargain booze shop

A quick search on the internet seems to show it is a textile company by the name of FabTrad.

They also appear to use the building as a third party storage warehouse which may go some way to explaining why the fire has been burning for several hours if it was full.
