Magnus Norman returns in goal, Calvin starts in place of Matt Done, otherwise it's 'as you were'

No Lillis still.

I wouldn’t be too dispirited about Lillis missing out if Moore was starting, due to keeping the same back 5 that’ve won us more clean sheets than any other this season, despite Moore’s mistake last game. However to bring back Norman I think is a mistake. Lillis is our number one keeper so if anyone is to come back it should be him. Norman was poor against Leicester.

And Lillis has the best distribution of the three. Happens most seasons though and we can only hope Lillis responds as well as he has in the past.

No Clough...

I thought there was the option to buy and watch on Ifollow whenever there was an international break?

I notice Hill never actually drops Lillis from the squad. If he must play our second and third best keepers before our best keeper, maybe boost their confidence by leaving Lillis in the stands.

"And Lillis has the best distribution of the three"... That's like saying one of three bald men has a great haircut.

BBC Matey Radio giving the game a 2 out of 10.........too much whistle from Ref.

Basic mistakes from both teams.

Lillis’ distribution is usually very good for this level, he’s very comfortable when we insist on playing out from the back.

Watch him warm-up, he’s technically good. As with much of his game, his kicking is affected when his confidence is.

Also sounds like our midfield is being over run.......and Camps is sloppy (hence the yellow).

Shrews exploiting our weak right side of defence.

Hollyhocks!
Kicking well under pressure is the only time it counts! It also takes Lillis an age to decide what to do once he has the ball in his hands, he has little sense of urgency. He never has a picture in his head ready for a quick reaction and has to wait until opposing defences get organised before punting the ball 4 miles high to the righthand side of the pitch in the hope Andrew can get his head on it. As for playing out from the back ...frankly, none of the 3 is what you might describe as "gifted".

Inman getting a goal. I can think of at least one sandy lane regular who won't be happy right now.

Pies here not a patch on ours, puff pastry, succulent steak & a rich ale gravy, also allowed a cig at half time...

Prefer away games 😀

Opinions. We see what we see, Lillis is more than competent in this area of the game, if he wasn’t he wouldn’t still be here.
