Best performance by any of our players for some weeks now.
Everything went through him, I don't think he gave the ball away once and Pompey genuinely looked scared of him.

You must have been watching a different match - true he saw a lot of the ball but all his old faults were there. Any attack comes to a halt when he gets the ball as he tries to dribble past
everybody at least twice and invariably ends up down blind alleys!! | | | |

They saw the game as me. Cannon looks to go forward with the ball and commit the opposition, he’s necessary to our midfield* for that reason alone. There is a real need to shift the play 20 yards up the pitch by attacking space/opponents.
*albeit he did it in a wider area. Something else we are missing at present. [Post edited 2 Dec 2018 17:03]
