I think Hill's standing as such in the game has gone down. There have been jobs in the past that you would have thought would have been a good fit for him but there was no sign of interest from the other clubs. Maybe the negative side of his personality was previously known in football circles.
Outfits like Wednesday see themselves as "big clubs" and as such generally go for higher profile managers.
And I dread to think what might happen if Hill went to work for a dogmatic owner....
There's not much chance he will go onto manage anywhere like that as others will be well aware of his "ways" well before even thinking of employing him

Not to mention the interview process. Wouldn't mind seeing the psychometrics from that!
I wonder how the interview would go, between Hill and Wednesday's board. Questions they would ask him and his response.
"Before we begin, let's all have a cup of tea. How do you take yours?"
"Put the cup in the kettle and throw a teabag into the sink. Heat the cup until it starts to crack then tip it onto the teabag. Take a gobful of milk and spit it on top."
"Isn't that a little unusual?"
"I'm not interested in history. You've got to challenge a brew by taking it outside it's comfort zone."
