"There have been a few rumours about @BarrowAFC manager Ian Evatt being interviewed by Rochdale today. No-one at the club I've contacted knows anything about this. Evatt seemed genuinely surprised when asked about him being linked with the job last night as well".

The Bluebirds Trust announced they had hit their £50,000 fundraising target to obtain a 10% share in the club, and the Bluebirds boss (Ian Evatt) is delighted for them:

“I’m delighted for the supporters trust because they deserve it. They’re a great group and have backed me and obviously they’re on board now and we can make decisions together moving forward for the best of Barrow. I’m telling you this club is going places and will be the place to be, whether it is this season or next season we will be pushing to be in the football league very soon.”
