Yeah, Stan Milburn was a good penalty taker. Any pro player could probably score 9/10 penalties in training. It's when the chips are down the players with the most mental toughness come to the fore and put away the pressure penalties. Where you play in the team isn't as important as how mentally focussed you are. | | | |

If the rumours are true, and the Burnley one has been going for ages, then I would expect he would prefer Burnley over Watford, due to location and the distinct possibility he we probably be back a lot watching Dale, also I think dyche would be ideal as a manager for him.
I would expect this will be his final move before eventually (hopefully) ending his career with us!
Burnley rivalry from the 80’s and 90’s has died off a lot so can’t see that having any influence.
Not sure if Craig has been to watch a game recently but he may even consider the 20% sell on as a nice present to the club he supports and played for, not at his own loss, but as a nice thank you. Let’s hope so! |  |
