Exactly how it should be enforced no messing around. But maybe it should have been 12 points straight after the 1st year. 3 years is enough to see the club in financial trouble. And instead of a £5million fine it should be a larger restriction on salary cap for the next year(s). | |

In total agreement with the penalties imposed. As i posted on the bury thread though, it seems the RFU might well have "messed around", i.e. delayed the sanctions until after the World Cup had ended, perhaps so as to not rock the boat |  |
