Just downed the final pint of stout in Broadway before heading home tomorrow. Went on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Always the same pattern with me make money on the first two days then give most of it back. My ROI on the week was 105% so no complaints. Some great finishes this week and very few injuries to either horses or jockeys. So all in all great sport.
Easywork finishing second in the Ballymore was my best return.
However the best result was that race goers where so careful with hygiene. Trouble is at my age for every 4 pints I drink I p-ss 5. My hands are now red raw from all the washing.
But still a great week
