Tranmere Statement 22:51 - Jul 2 with 2802 viewsoddjob007

Make of this what you will... one of those you’ll need to read a few times, and still be like eh?

Surprised they aren't using that to suggest they shouldn't be relegated...

What a pile of sh!te. What on earth are they chasing ghosts for? What do they hope to achieve? Is there some relevance about the post(s) that were allegedly removed?

It all seems much ado about nothing. Pointless nonsense.

Even more bizarre is they continue to sell next seasons season tickets at an early bird price of £396 for division two! , with no clear view on whether fans will be allowed in.

So, they have got arsy about an Instagram post. Is that really grounds to avoid relegation or scouse pettiness? They'll be demanding a public inquiry next about a perceived mild affront on Instagram. Their team was more bob than others and they got relegated for not having enough points. Not Instagrams fault, or the EFLs.

Be careful . bury celebrated their last corrupt promotion on Tranmere's pitch.

Upset all round.

I aim to please

In all seriousness, that sort of petty disgruntlement will eat away at a club if it’s not careful. Tranmere either use the supposed ‘injustice’ of relegation as a motivating factor for next season or they can continue to feel aggrieved and likely flounder around in League Two.

If you could comment on that post on the TRFC website, the only relevant and appropriate comment could be... ‘so what’.

Thankfully, the majority of their fans seem to think so in the replies to the tweet about the statement too.

I've felt sorry for Tranmere and don't think they should've been relegated, but did have to laugh at the one fan in the replies that said "It’s a club going in the right direction mate". It's literally doing the exact opposite.

Tangled up in blue.

Really like how they try to get it over as more important by capitalising the situation: the ‘Tranmere Post’. But then they forget to at one point.

They should have used 'TRANMERE POST'.
