... if only there was a YouTube channel showing old Dale footage....

Mark Stuart v PNE, February 1994

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Any other requests and I'll see if I've got them easily accessible. I'm afraid I don't have Reg's v Bolton in 1969 or Paul Comstive v Blackpool in 1982!

The Evil goal at Preston will need ripping from the whole season DVD so it might take some time.

Kicking towards the Sandy, the terrace would always look reasonably full as it was the days of the ‘walk-round’ where fans would be on the Willbutts when kicking towards the away end and then move en masse at half time. Or vice versa.

There was also a smaller percentage who would stand in the main stand paddock and do the same. There’s a decent chance that during that era well over 50% of the home support would be in the Sandy when kicking that way. Actually, maybe as much as three quarters at times.
