If anyone's been watching academy games, how has Peter Thomas been getting on? It seems an age ago he was on the bench at Old Trafford. I don't recall him being on the bench since. Was that just to impress on the media our emphasis on homegrown youth? Or potentially to get his name out there in such a high profile match to attract interest? Or is he highly regarded and that was a sort of taster of what's to come for him? |  | | |

They need that type of thing knocking right out of them, ideally you need a centre half or keeper with the best possession stats in the team, for this "philosophy" to properly work | | | |
