The legislation will sail through unopposed you would think when it gets its reading in Parliament and that will make the FA, Premier League and EFL sit up and take note.

It may take some time to be introduced (due to other perhaps more pressing matters) but as a genuinely apolitical piece of legislation it should certainly pass unopposed | |
