The updated RAFC confirmation statement (shareholders listing) is now available at the Companies House website.

It appears that the traitors shares are still listed as being in their name and not Morton House. Guessing that is due to the EFL intervention last year. Morton House does not appear on this statement at all.
Makes previous claims of "owning 43%" of the club by some people look... erm... untrue.

...and according to the Athletic article (I think it was), applications were made by Matthew Southall, David Bottomley and 2 associates of Southall's, to buy shares during the last issue.
Bottomley is still a registered shareholder but the other 3 are not. |  |

More relevant (to the Morton House saga) is that I could take a packet of sweets from a supermarket counter, offer them at a price to a fellow shopper and we would have a contract - even though I didn't 'own' those sweets [Post edited 29 Jun 2022 13:59]

I think technically and legally, the Attorney (under Power Of Attorney) can only act on behalf of the donor and at all times considering the best interests of such donor. Legally they cannot force the donor to do anything against that donors wishes. | | | |
