Just wondering if there’s any chance of the club getting a pop up shop down there… could make a few quid on it?
I think a good call, makes sense rather than an opentop coach through dales industrial mellor street like last time. Ill be down there to give the lads an applause. Up the dale league 2!!! So glad were up and its almost sunk in now. So glad to leave that division behind. Just looked at hornchurches ground. Its another running track type. But, looking at league two next year...so many established league opponents to lock horns with.
Just minded me of a comment made when Rochdale's streets were thronged with people waiting for the Queen's visit. Some wag, reputedly, said, "What's going on here then? Have Rochdale scored a goal?"
Come on: own up. Which one of you was it?

It was a great celebration of the town and the club's achievements.
Was in Moody Blue from 4:30 with fans. Great atmosphere and some new songs (to me) from the younger supporters. Then onto Flying Horse to meet with me regular pre-match mates and some fine ales.
Then to the presentation of the team on a stage aside the town hall. Stuart Ashworth's FB has a brilliant panoramic video of how many were there. LOTS!!!
Great turn out, no bother, pubs made a few bob, players and fans elated together. Players celebrated wildly and so they should! As said earlier, brilliant for the town.
