The Sako shirt must be worth a few bob... or nothing at all. I suppose it depends on whether he's a cult legend in your eyes.

How much are you selling them for? Rough price. Only ask because I've got signed, matchworn boots from that season too. Only paid £15 at Jack's kit sale!

Because all the stuff I'm selling is just stuck away not doing anything, I would like them to be on display, but I simply don't haven't the space, I didn't realise I had as much as I did! I would like them all to go to somewhere they will be on a wall, displayed, rather than being hung in a wardrobe on a coathanger!

Quite a collection you have there Reedy, and I applaud you for trying to find a good home for them.

Btw, do you have Flicker's Bra from his infamous photoshoot?!

Thanks for the explanation, i just dont agree with recieving memorabilia as a gift(i assume you didnt pay for them) and then making money out of it. Not trying to be moralistic and maybe you need the dough, if not why not just donate them to be diplayed in Studds ?

Agreed.

is Reedy donating all proceedings back to the club?.

That would be a good touch.

Don't know the lad personally, but I have seen Reedy around. He strikes me as a lad that has a real passion for the club and I have seen him shovelling snow alongside me, collecting dosh and forking the pitch (ooeer!) on occasion.

No doubt this endeavour has got him these bits and bobs in the first place so I think he has earned his right to a few bob if he sees it fit to move them on, and they obviously do have a value attached to them so to give them away would be against logic.

I also would like to think that the money he makes would eventually end up with the club anyway through him continuing to support Rochdale and handing over his dosh to the club every Saturday/Tuesday.

Not saying there is a witchhunt or owt but I do think he has the right to do what he wants with the proceeds.

You are UNBELIEVEABLE. Why should he even consider giving the money to the club. They are his to do as he pleases. Has he not done enough for the club already. and continues to do so. I do know him as he is my SON and he can do whatever he wants to do with them. (even though I bought some of them for him when he was younger)

If we're flogging Dale stuff...

I have the framed signed shirts of Bayliss & Monington, (remember the scandal when some were half shirts & some full, well i got 1 of each) paid good money for them & think they're 10yrs old & still leaning against the wall in my bedroom, 1 is the green/black kit other is blue...
