There's a difference between a good song and good entrance music.
This is perfect for the latter.
Edit: having now listened to it all the way through and watched my 6 year old stomp round the room to it, they could be on to something here. The whole "riding a wave" thing really can be jumped on. Make it a bloody hashtag or something! Stick it on a tshirt too. Seriously, it works very well.
To reiterate it may well be a crap song, but it's unique, catchy and would instantly make the crowd sit up.
The entrance music was one of my highlights on Saturday. It was such a pleasant uplifting change fr the usual indie 90s music that I like, but don't love.
I've always thought we needed something more upbeat to come out to and this was fantastic.
Also the tune was selected by Hilly who told Dave to play it

The music that greets the team should surely be something that crosses generations and can be used to the extent that it becomes a tradition, thus enhancing the matchday experience. Not suggesting we look for "Z cars" exactly but there must be something better than this.

It doesn't have to be good music but recognisable to the team and fans alike to ensure the atmosphere changes.
You'll never please everybody, but it fulfils the requirements for run out music. And as we used it the day we won promotion it'd be silly to stop using it now. Part of history.
