Remember the pre-season of the promotion campaign; we had a rookie as our only cover at centre half, had to get Wiseman back after releasing him, had no target man up front, were on the verge of selling our top scorer etc.

The inference back in May was that the squad would be ready "early July".....or words to that effect.
I know there have been plenty of comings and goings(thank goodness)....but we are still well off a full squad.
