It is, but surely there should be some refund details on there. Even more so considering the financial struggles many will be going through and the fact its probably gonna get worse.

Following the dismissal of the winding up order today, I'm personally now looking forward to seeing who come out on top in the possibly 6 derbies played between Dale's Bury FC, the Pheonix club's Bury AFC and Robert Benwell's "I can't believe its not Bury FC". Give it another couple of weeks and half of the Northwest Counties League will be made up of clubs with Bury in their name. Forget the Rochdale division, there may end up being a literal league full of Bury clubs!

If you thought Bury fans could get any classier, there's currently a couple of them having a pop at the EFL's charity partner Mind on twitter for not doing more for the players, staff and fans while everything has been going on.

Having a go at a mental health charity, now that is pure class!

The general consensus on twitter is that it's the actions of various people trying to give it the big I am and be the centre of attention. Seems like it's the more proactive members who have been asked to leave.

Twice the entertainment now, get to watch Bury FC and Bury Pheonix FC both screw themselves out of existance.

Bury rising from the ashes appears to be going well

First point of business....begin to oust your own supporters trust.

Some interesting viewing on Forever Bury's twitter........well when i say interesting, i mean clips of the select commitee to explain how screwed they were, who screwed them and why it's out of order they aren't getting special treatment, cos you know 135 years and all that

It's apparently the Buy Our Bury group that have asked for it. It's probably in the hope that another 14 days is enough time to find a fictional multi-millionaire buyer to save the club before liquidation. Extra time to pay small business just sounds like a better arguement than "Can we have a couple more weeks, cos i've bought a lottery ticket and i'm wearing my lucky pants, plus there's a short ginger guy that lives two doors down from me. I'm not saying I believe in Leprechauns, but i'm gonna be following him round for the next two weeks, cos a pot of gold is a pot of gold!"

I am deeply shocked by this turn of events.......whoever would have thought they would once again dodge the bullet. It's not like it has happen about 10 times already since the end of last season.

I'm beginning to think the club shares DNA with these.

I would say not long left now, but i'm pretty sure the carcass of Bury Football Club will survive nuclear armageddon at this point.

Does anyone think it's too soon for me to tweet the following? Feel like some people need to hear it.

"Fun Fact: The EFL have no power to stop the sale of a football club, they can only discourage a sale with the advised consequences (when consulted). They only have the power to punish clubs with unsuitable owners using fines, points deductions, embargoes and expulsion."

Question for Man U fans
at 10:56 7 Oct 2019

Liverpool winning the league would put an end to the one of the last little thing that United fans have to hold over rivals.

They'd still have more total trophies and one more top flight league title, but that holds a lot less weight once the Liverpool break their top flight league drought.

George Donnelly could have been done on the trade description act for falsely impersonating a striker.

Trying to work out whether this is genuine or some sort of troll?
It just seems too stupid to be real and too well spelt to be accounted for by some sort of massive head injury.

Utility companies have legal duty of care not to turn off services to the vunerable and infirm, those coming to the end of their life ............like Bury FC.
