Sneak preview of Leyton Orient programme

Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Saturday’s League One game against Leyton Orient.

The programme has been increased to 76 pages this season, but with the same number of advert pages as last year, meaning there is even more to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.

We start with a front cover image of Marcus Holness, who has been so impressive in the centre of defence this season.

As usual, there are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual high quality pictures from the Oldham home game and Peterborough away fixture by photographer Daniel Youngs.

Keith Hill gives his thoughts on the start to 2011 and the rumours linking him with Crystal Palace, while we have an exclusive interview with centre-half Craig Dawson.

A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter and Scrutator is back with a report on a mini-break to London.

Traveller’s Tales reports on the trip to Oldham, while there are in-depth previews of forthcoming home and away fixtures.

Of course, there are many new features, including The Day I Was Born, where we look back at what was happening on the day one particular Dale player came into the world.

Visitors Leyton Orient get nine pages of coverage, with My First Time reflecting on an Easter Saturday visit to Brisbane Road.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
