Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Monday’s League Two game against AFC Bournemouth. The programme has been increased to 72 pages this season, but with the same number of advert pages as last year, meaning there is even more to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.
We start with a front cover image of striker Chris Dagnall and the matchball he took home after scoring a hat-trick against Grimsby last Saturday.
As usual, there are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual high quality pictures from the Lincoln and Shrewsbury games by club photographer Daniel Youngs.
Keith Hill gives his thoughts on the Grimsby game and the season’s run-in, while we have an exclusive feature on some famous long range goals scored by Dale players.
Traveller’s Tales reports on the trip to Accrington, while Squad Numbers looks at the first batch of players to have worn number 16 for the club.
Of course, there are many new features, including Dale Records, which looks at the milestones reached by our goalkeepers down the years.
Visitors AFC Bournemouth get eight pages of coverage, including a look back at a visit to their ground by someone who seemed to spend all his time drinking!
All this and much, much more will be in Monday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
