Thomas opened the scoring for the Swans as early as the sixth minute when he scrambled the ball home from close range but it was not until twenty minutes from time that Trundle grabbed his goal, and the Swans second with the third coming ten minutes later from Karl Connolly.
With the Swans recording their third win in the space of five days, it has proved a fruitful week for the club especially when you consider that 12 goals have been scored in those three wins compared to just one against. Now it is just left with the small matter of Llanelli Town on Monday night and the 'friendly' part is over and we are on with the serious business starting with Bury.
Brian Flynn must also now realise that his first line-up of the season is close to being confirmed in his own mind and I expect to see a Swans side something like this a week on Saturday.

No doubt he will have time to ponder this in the week and a bit before the home game and he will also be ready to hear news on the fitness of both Roger Freestone and Jason Smith who missed out on this tour through injury. Whether either would come back into the side is open for debate although if fit then both I would guess would command a place on the bench as a minimum against Bury.
One thing we do know for certain though is that the football season is just around the corner and that nice season ticket is sitting in the drawer just begging to have voucher number 1 pulled out.
