after all flynn's signings we are still poor. is he the man to take us forward.tonights formation 4-3-3.can't the man see we are overun in midfield with our 3 against their 4.no width to our attack with no one on the left and just a right winger.he has got to go because he will play the same formation next year and the year after.you have got to have a spine to a team.big srong centre half, strong ball winner in midfield,a big centre forward and build around that.with two pacy wingers.i'm pissed off the man.so predictable. |

I do have to say that tonight's game was predictable bar the first 15-20 minutes when we looked awesome. It is no coincidence that during that period, Maylett was playing deeper than the front two giving us a much more balanced look as I mentioned in my match report. Coates for all the slatings I have given him in the past is looking a better player - its a shame he has to wait until close to contract renewal time to raise his game (am I a cynic) - August would be nice Jon! We are lacking any real support for Trundle although when Maylett played deeper to create more of a 4-4-2, Robinson looked absolutely awesome there. This has the makings of a very good partnership within the right formation. Martinez is still too slow off the mark and made some howlers again tonight because of his lack of pace. 8/9 games back surely match fitness should be there?? We needed the win but it wasn;t a great performance but as at least two have commented a win is a win. We have to build on that for many to be convinced we have the right man at the helm. Read what you like into tonight's EP article but personally I believe that if Mr Jenkins is referring to the players and needing to take a look at them then he is definitely including the management in that! |

Robinson's hold up play is superb. When the ball goes up there it sticks and he brings the midfield into play. I'd defintly keep him up there after tonight because when the chances come he'll finish them. Trundle had a great first half for me . Some of his touches and lay-off's were superb but he seem to get worse in the second. Surely on Saturday the only change will be Roberts in for Maylett if Trundle is fit not sure how bad his injury was. |

Very interesting tonight with Robinson playing up front with Daps. They obviously have empathy both on and off the pitch. It's the basics of all good partnerships. I. like alot of us, are big admirers of Robinson and he's a very versatile player. They really could work as a team up front. Is this a viable strikeforce?? |

What's all this saved his job crap, how the feck can any manager be blamed for some of the individual errors that have cost us points this season. It's about time players jobs were put on the line. |

read the evening post? thats what huw jenkins has said will happen if we continue with this crap form.my mate said that 2 players that could be out will be howard(good) and O 'Leary!!!! if Kris O'Leary goes, i will be fuming.he has been our best defender in the last 10 games!he gives his all and i think hes a right back not a centre back anyway so hes been good for the last 10 games in a position which isnt his best. Please dont sack him for christ sake.... |

If a team be it Sporting or Sales or Construction the manager takes the responsibility. I will not disagree about SOME players shirking responsibility it is up to the manager to ensure they play to their optimum. Apart from the first 15 minutes the general play was poor thats 21 games in which we have not played to our strengths.Orient can count themselves unlucky not to have at least collected a point Tate saved Flynn from some awkward questions Watch |

I didn't go tonight but as far as I can gather AR gave 110% again it seems. The man personifies everything I want a SCFC player to be on the pitch. Even when the rest of the team go missing he is constantly battling away for the cause... For all Trundle's fancy tricks, Robinson is already my player of the 2003/2004 season by a country mile... Andy you are a fecking diamond mate! |

I believe his performances this season have been the one of the best I can EVER remember from one player during a season, yes Trundle has grabbed the headlines but Robbo has been sensational, week in, week out, he's had more MOTM awards than Beckhams won, off the Real Madrids David Beckham fan club. |

I see mab1 and GasVV also agree about the 110%! Sorry but I would still give AR Player of the Year - Players with his engine and commitment are few and far between. Zidane is constantly commenting on Beckham's workrate and how valuable it is to the Real team as a whole... Trundle is a fantastic showman and has provided us with some cracking entertainment and goals - but he has one good foot, is overweight and will be off if we don't go up this season. In my opinion Robinson is the one to hold on to if this is the case. We'd p/ss this league with 10 Andy Robinsons in the squad. |
