Marc Goodfellow, nicknamed, Freezer was on loan from Bristol City last season. The midfielder scored 4 goals in 8 games, before Bristol City recalled him to Ashton Gate. He also won the Jackarmy.net award for 'Goal of the Season' for his goal against Stockport in the FA Cup tie at the Vetch.
Bristol City then wanted around £60,000 for 'Freezer' and Jackett had his wish and brought Marc to the Swans on a free in July. When Goodfellow was on loan last season, he did bring balance to the side and many fans thought Marc was the reason for the amount of goals we scored over the Christmas period.
Hopefully Marc can re-produce the form he showed in his short spell with us next season and bring us balance in midfield. 'Freezer' looks to have an eye for goal and he does have experience at League 1 level.
