Tudgay - The Expectation Is On Them
Tudgay - The Expectation Is On Them

Marcus Tudgay believes it is a case of pressure now on Swansea after the 0-0 draw at the City Ground

The Nottingham Forest front man ewas a second half substitute against Swansea City and he believes that whilst the Swans are favourites that brings it's own pressure as he told the Nottingham Evening Post "The expectation is on them now and their crowd will be wanting them to do well

"That can sometimes hinder you. We know what we need to do.

"On top of that, they might not have Fabio Borini, who picked up an injury on Thursday, and they will miss him. We have to use every advantage we can to get the result we need, which is obviously a win.

"But the mood is not one of disappointment. We are upbeat.

"We have had chances, which did not go in.

"We can still go to their place. We have 90 minutes to do this and the pressure is going to be on them, at their ground.

"They stepped their game up and had a lot of possession.

"They pass the ball well, they have good players. But they sat in for a draw and they got it. We tried to break them down and we did create a few chances.

"It was not to be, but we cannot allow ourselves to let our heads drop.

"It is only half-time and we still have the opportunity to put it right.

"But we still have to go to their ground and we have played well away from home. We can still finish the job there.

"But the tie is only half done and we will be ready to go on Monday."
