Garry Not Worried Over Vorm Court Case

It seems like an age since Tottenham Hotspur took Michel Vorm and Ben Davies to White Hart Lane with Gylfi Sigurdsson coming in the opposite direction but the saga that came out of that transfer continues to rumble on.

Vorm's former club FC Utrecht are still claiming that they are owed money for the deal that was reported to see £3.5m also going to the Swans.

Utrecht had a 30% sell on clause in the deal that saw Vorm arrive at Swansea in 2011 and he spent three years as the Swans number one choice before electing to join Spurs just over a year ago.

It was a deal where the finer print was never revealed and now the Dutch side are set to take The Swans to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

But while the court case hangs over the Swans, manager Garry Monk is not concerned about what happens around the club "From our side everything is fine and I'm sure the club has followed everything to the letter" he said.

"But those issues will be left to the club and not the footballing side with myself.

"I'm not worried. We're a perfectly run club and the decision earlier in the season from FIFA showed it was all okay.

"I think that proves everything, and if they (Utrecht) want to pursue it that will be left to the chairman and the board and the administration side to deal with it.

"It's not really a focus for me, it's up to the club and the chairman to deal with."
