Transfer window closes

The transfer window firmly closed at 5pm on Thursday with no comings or goings from Spotland.

The closure of the window with no transfers on deadline can mostly be seen as a good thing with Keith Hill declaring how pleased with the squad that he has assembled. There's a strong argument that a club making lots of deals on deadline day is one that is panicking and a sign of a lack of stability.

The loan market remains open for the rest of the month, and Keith Hill has indicated that there may be something to look at with regards to loan.
