Inman and Williams released Wednesday, 8th May 2019 17:41 by Col Bradden Inman and Jordan Williams were both released by Dale on Tuesday following the expiry of their contract. Inman rejoined the club last Summer, signing a twelve month deal following a successful loan spell the year before. Inman started for the club in BBM's first two games in charge, but was limited to a couple of late cameos off the bench following that. His second year at the club wasn't as successful as the first, with just four goals compared with eight the first time round. He leaves Spotland having started fifty games for the club, and a further thirty one appearances off the bench contributing twelve goals. Jordan Williams came to the club as a big money purchase (by our standards), and unfortunately it was a transfer that never really took off. He was given a few runs in the first team but he never looked like he would make the step up from his Barrow days to becoming a first team regular. He had a of loan spell away from Spotland at Lincoln who he came close to signing for before putting pen to paper on a deal at Dale. His last appearance for the club came in the home defeat to Sunderland.
