Dale take on Plymouth in FA Cup Round 2

Following the replays this week, Dale will now take on Plymouth Argyle in the second round live on the tele.

A late winner from Jake Beesley sent Dale through to the second round while Plymouth hammered Sheffield Wednesday 3-0, setting up a tough tie against the League One table toppers.

It literally couldn't be a tougher tie for Dale as Plymouth are absolutely flying in League One and have only lost once all season, that being on the opening day back in August!

The game has been selected for TV as well, meaning we'll be on ITV (Granada for us of a certain age) on Sunday 5th December with a 12:15pm kick-off which seems a bit harsh on the Plymouth fans!
