London referee Paul Howard will referee Dale’s rearranged midweek match at Bradford City on Tuesday.

Mr Howard is in his third season on the National List and this will be his third Dale appointment in that time.

In October 2021 he refereed our 3-2 home win over Sutton United, while last February, Paul was in the middle for Dale’s 2-1 defeat at Forest Green Rovers.

He officiated 29 games in each of his first two seasons on the National List, but Tuesday will only be his tenth appointment this term due to injury keeping him out until mid-October.

Paul’s previous nine matches have seen 20 yellow cards and two reds and his most recent outing was at Plymouth v MK Dons on New Year’s Day.
