Dale midfielder has turned down Rochdale's new contract and joined Crawley Town.

The former Feyenoord midfielder has had two seasons at Dale since being brought in by Robbie Stockdale. Expectations were high of Kelly but in a poor team, wasn't able to live up to those expectations fully despite playing 75 times, scoring 8 goals.

He was offered a new deal following Dale's relegation but on reduced terms and it's not really a great surprise he's deaparted.
