Wealdstone’s first visit to the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday will be refereed by BEN WYATT.

The Manchester-based official is in his first season refereeing in the National League and Saturday will be only his third appointment, presumably due to injury problems.

Ben’s first game was Maidenhead v Kidderminster on 16th December, while on Boxing Day he travelled up to the north-east to take charge of Gateshead v York City.

Last season was much busier for Mr Wyatt, with 22 games in National League North, followed at the end of the campaign by Alfreton v Kidderminster in the play-offs.
