Our first bit of post-season news has come out with Dale confirming that Aidan Barlow has extended his deal by a year.

The 25-year-old attacking midfielder was out of contract next month but has penned a new contract to stay until the end of next season.

It's been a bit stop-start for Barlow but when he's been in the side, he's been impressive and has scored 6 goals and got 8 assists in 34 games this season and the news of his contract extension is very welcome.
