Rochdale's all time leading goalscorer Ian Henderson has signed a new contract to stay at Spotland!

It's been said that Lionel Messi has Ian Henderson posters on his wall.

The real G.O.A.T, despite turning 40-years-old earlier this year, has penned a new deal to stay one more year.

There's no question about whether he deserved it either, having scored 13 goals in all competitions this season despite only starting 14 games! Most of his appearances came from the bench this season but he's still had a remarkable impact on the team this season.

Hendo currently has 140 goals for the club, breaking Reg Jenkins' long-standing record in November 2022 and with Gary Jones' all time appearances record standing at 531 and Hendo only being 45 away, could be seeking another all time record!
