Club captain Chris Coyne could earn another international cap this evening as Australia play South Africa in a friendly at Loftus Road.

Coyne, who made his international debut against Iraq in June, was named in the original squad for the friendly and looks likely to make an appearance tonight as Socceroos boss Pim Verbeek has since dropped the likes of Harry Kewell (Galatasaray), Michael Beauchamp (Nuremberg) and Brett Emerton (Blackburn) in favour of giving fringe players a run out.
