Who was, in your opinion, the most talented player you ever played with at Rochdale? – Le Fondler In my opinion, Paddy McCourt had exceptional talent, hopefully he hasn’t wasted it! Would you consider a coaching role at Spotland in the future? - Tommo0405 Definitely, if the opportunity arose. What was your best moment playing for Dale? – ScallyfaxDale Too many to mention, playoffs, FA/League Cup ties, scoring week in week out! That goal you scored against Carlisle from 35 yards out. It was a cross really wasn't it? – BlueDutch I spotted the GK out of position, so took my chance and hit the target Which Dale manager did you enjoy playing most for and why? – ManchesterDale Steve Parkin and Simmo, both had excellent man-management skills, great on the technical side and earned respect from the players. What are your opinions of Rochdale Football Club as a whole and what do other people you have been in contact over the year’s think of the club? – BlueDutch Very friendly club that welcomed myself and my family always. During my time there had the pleasure to meet some great people who work to make the club what it is. What are you drinking? – DaleyLama It will be a pint of lager please, now that I don’t have to stick to blackcurrant and water! Don't remember you ever getting stick from fans... too consistent! But others you played alongside must have done. What was the overall effect, and any different at Dale from other clubs? – D_Alien All of us got stick at some time or another, it’s demoralizing for the individual and has an effect on their fellow players also. Paying the gate fee should not give someone the right to come and abuse you for 90 minutes, I usually had an answer back ready for the ones like that! The sad thing is this abuse happens all over, I have heard worse unfortunately, and when it gets too personal or even racial they have crossed the line in my opinion. Who is the worst dale player you have played with? – BrotherChris Um, no comment! Do you think Neil Edwards favourite movie was dirty dancing!? – Le Fondler I heard it was Brokeback Mountain! Who was the best player you played against while at Dale? – Olympic dale Damien Duff, I just couldn’t get near him! Have you still got Peter Beagrie in your pocket? – Judd_Runt It was enjoyable to pit your wits against players who have played at the highest level, Beags was a very skilful player. What are the most memorable Rochdale games you played in? Good or bad. – dale_iain At Cheltenham, getting sent off, and I thought I was going to have a clean record! Do you get tired of hearing everyone saying 'soccer' over there? – dale_iain Yes, I am trying to educate them into my way of thinking! How important was it to you to have Tony Ford on the right with you? - R17ALE He kept everything simple. You came very close to scoring in your final appearance.
