Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Saturday’s game against Grimsby Town. The bumper 60-page issue contains everything you’ve come to expect of the Dale programme.

There are the serious and not-so-serious articles, as well as a fine selection of action pictures from the Mansfield and Stockport games taken by photographers Daniel Youngs and Carl Flaherty.

Keith Hill looks back at Tuesday’s game with Bradford, while there is an exclusive interview with the club’s new reserve and youth team physio John Lucas.

A player from the 1960s comes under the eye of our caricaturist, while we find out who fancies himself as a social worker once his playing days are over.

Scrutator tells us why he had to miss last Saturday’s game at Brentford, while Travellers Tales returns with a review of the matches at Stockport and Notts County.

We have a Dale-related quiz to test the grey matter and a look back 19 years to when Dale were about to unveil a new manager.

Visitors Grimsby Town get five pages of coverage, while the ‘100 Years of Rochdale AFC’ article returns, with an in-depth look at the 2000/01 and 2001/02 seasons.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, still priced at £2.50.
