Ouch.  Not a good start to pre season for the Silkmen.  News has just broke that defender Paul Morgan has damaged his wrist in training.

The big defender looks set to miss the rest of pre season and the first few week of the new campaign.

Manager Gary Simpson told the official site "It's a real blow to us to lose Paul for pre-season. He's in a cast at the moment and will be seeing a specialist this week so we will know more about how long he will be out for after that. But knowing Morgs he'll be back as soon as he can."
