Saints have boosted their squad with a Brazilian.

Guilherme do Prado or Guly as he prefers to be known has joined Saints on a loan deal till January when Saints then have an option to make the transfer permanent.

Standing at over 6ft tall he helped Cesena to promotion to Serie A last term and has attracted interest from several other Italian top flight clubs, however he has chosen to try his luck in England.

He is described as an attacking central midfielder and scored nine goals in 34 appearances last season, if he can match that ratio of goals to games this term it will surely add a dimension to Saints in the centre of the park.
