Well not strictly true, but Dale will be wearing a brand spanking new white kit for the trip to Birmingham City on Thursday evening.

Following a consultation with match officials, it was felt that both our home and away kits would present a problem given the colour of Birmingham's home kit.

So with that in mind, Dale will take to the field in front of the Sky cameras in a brand new white kit. The shirts and the socks will both be white, with black shorts. 

There's been a number of issues over the past twelve months where supporters felt that there wasn't sufficient distinction between our away kit and a home side's blue kit.
