David Rock will referee Rochdale for the second time when we make the long trip to Oxford on Tuesday.

The Hertfordshire official is in his second season on the National List and Dale’s only previous encounter with him was last Christmas, when David was in the middle for our game at Gillingham.

A late goal condemned Dale to a 1-0 defeat that afternoon, while we also finished with ten men after the dismissal of MJ Williams.

Mr Rock refereed 26 matches last season, mainly in League One and League Two, and has also been busy this term with eight games to date.

His last appointment was Exeter v Scunthorpe on 17th October and those eight matches have yielded 20 yellow cards.
