Just want to mention a couple of things cos all of us in UK live in a gun free society pretty much
1. In the USA anyone can carry a gun, with few exceptions. Even my wife has one. Which reminds me I need to make sure I go and get her a birthday present
2. The local police are just as tooled up as the ICE Agents that some of you say are an armed military force doing to Minnesota and America what the Iranians Revolutionary Gurad are doing in Iran. Every cop goes to work every day with a bullet proof vest and tooled up just the same as other law enforcements bodies like ICE They have to cos everyone they encounter is able to carry a six shooter
3. The video. That agent is arresting a criminal. The criminal would not know ICE is arresting him until they get to his door. The protestors honking horns and blowing whistles are alerting that child predator that ICE is coming. That predator can now pick up his gun and be ready to shoot it out with that agent if he is so inclined.
4. Everyone in the USA knows you do not resist arrest cos it can end badly, sometimes deadly
5. The news and the liberals will make as much of this as they can. 2 dead. Because the USA is a gun country over 100 people every month get shot and killed by police from resisting arrest only. Thats 3 every day. But politics and activists will try and spin these 2 deaths as America is going off the rails because of Trump. Both resisted arrest and threatened the office. One with a car and 1 with a gun
6. I do not like that both died. I think in both instances it may or could have been avoided
7. Ask yourself if you are one of the officers arresting Petti yesterday. He is fighting and resisting and starts to get a little of the floor and pulls his gun out. Are you going to wait until he pulls the trigger and shoots you?
Going to be interesting to see what everyone does with the January transfer window. Save transfers for a late gem or fix injuries now. I have 3 possibly 4 injured this week if OReilly doesnt play. Cant have 4 out so moved OR to Cash.
January will be interesting Brennan Johnson - Palace Mitoma - now back 6.1 Brighton Dango dropping down to 5.8 or less Short termers like Clyne covering for Munoz at Palace for 3.8 Palmer back Have my eye on Fofana 4.4 for triple up def on Chelsea for 7 games
Whiterockin. First season playing. Made some mistakes and I dont mean selling a player and then next game he gets a haul. Just systemic mistakes being new to it. Figure its cost me around 30+ points
Aint doing too bad though. In 6th. 300k rank in the full game.
All season my bench has been hitting double digits. 4 weeks where it was single digits and the one week I played the chip my bench got a big fat ZERO.
All 4 players were in starting 11 so you figure your on 8 points. Nada big fat zero
Take that bitch. You dumb ass. We offered you safe passage out of Venezuala to a country of your choice a month ago and you were stupid enough to think we wouldnt bitch slap you
Wont be long before we go back to the beginning of automobiles when someone had to walk in front of the car waving a flag lol
What the hell is going on over there. National Sanctuary Country, 20mph speed limits, no new road construction for 20 years cos itll harm a couple of frogs or something.
What happened to a common sense approach to things
1. It sounds like a 4m GK cannot go below 4m even if in the case of Kinsky there might be a massive sell off from those gambling he will get the No 1 jersey at Spurs
2. Still not clear the impact of AFCON on Salah and others.
Anyone else want to chime in on those 2 specific questions.
I am all up to speed with chips etc, strategies. I understand a player can only drop a maximum of 0.3 in a week.
Its just the AFCON effect that concerns where for a 3 or 4 week period there might be huge numbers of managers transferring out an AFCON player resulting in 4 consecutive weeks of 0.3m down
Whiterockin. 1st time playing NFL. Got up to speed on all the strategies but I have 2 questions that can only be answered by having played the game before.
1. Example. GK Kinsky 4m. Lots chose him. Which means lots may sell him if he doesnt get the starting berth at Spurs and his price could go down.
4m is the lowest price. Can his price drop below 4m or is that the absolute bottom?
2. Salah - Afcon. I can see a lot of managers dumping Salah before Afcon and then getting him back after it.
Will his price drop significantly at game 16, or more to the important, earlier e.g. week 14 . And vice versa when managers try and get him back in
