Barnsley v Bolton first leg play off.
Bolton for me over the two legs.

Then premier league survival.

Luton v Everton

Toffee's 1up turned the corner after beating Liverpool, I knew Dyche would eventually get things right there.

I remember the old Blunden Park. Saw us obliterate them, 4-1 I think on the way up in the old days.

It was Burnden Park and yes it was 4-1 in 1980 (same weekend Johnny Owen was killed in the ring). Neil Robinson scored from a kick out from the keeper, hit Neil and shot back into the net. He knew nowt about it. I was there, travelled up from London.

Bugger Bolton.

Phil Gartside would have cheerfully pulled up the ladder behind any other club with PL aspirations in 2009 and their fans cheered him on in the process.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I’d forgotten about that.

I read that Dyche is having a moan again, apparently he's amazed that Everton didn't get a 2nd penalty, you can tell that Dyche is more relaxed and comfortable when he starts having a moan, he used to do the same at Burnley when things were going his way
