As the yanks have cut things to the bone since we got relegated to get costs under control should we expect any sort of investment if we were to get promoted or would the yanks just keep the money for a rainy day.

I reckon they would just try and sell the club as quickly as possible if we were back in the shop window of the Prem.

The players believe that they can/will get promoted and his season. Expect them to go for autos, there’s a sense in the club that it’s on.

Stupid, profligate spending the last time we were up there is partly the reason they've been cutting to the bone now.

They stand more chance of getting a decent price for the club if we were a PL side so I'd expect some strengthening, but it'll be more along the lines of 2011-2014 than 2015-2018, and rightly so.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

They’d sell to the highest bidder and would have made a decent return for their investors.

Which would be the right thing to do.

Have things been cut to the bone?
Certainly they've been cut but there is still a lot that could go and many clubs would love be in our position.
