Rail Chaos For Manchester United Match
ON the day of the biggest crowd of the season including over 4,000 away supporters the rail network is going to be chaos around Southampton.
With many Manchester United fans coming to Southampton by train on the 29th January for the FA Cup 4th round tie, they will find that Southampton Central station is once again closed meaning that replacement bus services will run into it from all directions.
So far for the Blackpool and Notts County games problems have been minimal with few supporters of either club travelling in any number by train, but with Unites following being widespread and with at least half of the 4,000 or so official allocation could be planning on coming by train from one direction or another and thats an awful lot of replacement buses.
It also makes for difficulties in getting home with it being a late kick off and the game not finishing till after 7pm just going back to London could be difficult let alone the rest of the country.
